HI everyone! My first post of year 2025!
its been so long I've not update my blog. Nowadays, no longer people read blogs because too much of words, they would prefer tiktok or Instagram to watch reels. However, i don't really like it? I still prefer typing and sharing my thoughts in my blog.
Ok, let's get back to my blog title.
Sadly, i quit SQ 😢😢
Why?
Because I'm a mother now. 😁👶 And yes, i can go back to my flying career right after my maternity leave and yet, I choose to extend as No-Pay-Leave till 29th March 2025. Few days before my NPL ended, i sent in my resignation letter
Why is it bittersweet??
6 years just flew by, honestly, I really miss flying a lot. I always tell my husband, if I ever get pregnant, I would want to stop flying. The timing came and now I realised how much I miss flying. The money definitely yes. I never thought of 'naik pangkat' (get promoted) I don't mind being a blue for years (that's if I couldn't conceive)

The care-free, shopping anytime anywhere without any worries. enjoy a glass of wine in Paris, with a breezy weather, or have a cup of coffee with a slice of cake, having an incredible meal at a great environment and view, taking beautiful scenery, buildings, food, drinks etc..
And please guys, don't get me wrong. I do enjoy being a mother to my amazing son. At times, my boy would make me pissed off and frustrated. Trust me, how a mother feel, our baby can feel it too. He would give me his smile when he knows I am angry at him. How to resist right?😌
But really, being a parent wasn't easy at all. Its the most challenging job I ever signed up for 😂 I'm thankful to my husband who not only bring home food to our table, yet, he will do all his best to help out with house chores, take care of bb, especially at night, bb need to burp after milk (newborn stage) or when bb is cranky, unwell, he would be there to help out even though he has been working the whole day.
So I'm thankful and grateful for him 😍
Before I end this post, I'm thankful to those amazing cabin crews aka my colleague that I've met, work with and spend time with, regardless of on board or layover😍
And those who are not so nice to me (when I was newbie) Thank you, Next! 😌

PS: I know some of you have read my SQ blog post, from my interview to my Golden Call, and I did receive some emails regarding my interview. When I saw it, it was way too late to reply. Sadly, I'm not the kind who check email haha (imagine I have 10k unread email 😅) cause I seldom check email. Please do drop me a msg in IGMSG.
